Tickets for the accessible seats go on sale at the same time as the rest of the amphitheatre. All ticket buyers shall have equal opportunity to purchase tickets when a show goes on sale. When a show has been announced as sold-out, the unsold accessible seats shall be released to the public 72 hours after the announcement. For any event that is not sold out, any unsold accessible tickets will be released to the public within 72 hours before the event. Amphitheatre staff coordinates with promoters of shows to ensure that their ticket sellers are knowledgeable about The Amphitheatre at Station Square accessible seating policies and procedures.

Parking

Designated accessible parking for persons with disabilities is in two locations. Please check your tickets for the locations of your seats before parking. For access to the top of the amphitheatre, Row 70, parking is available in the Station Square Lot. A valid, appropriate handicap placard or license plate is required to park in a space identified as reserved for persons with disabilities. The person that the registration of the Handicap Parking hang-tag or license belongs to, must be in the vehicle, and identification is required. All park entrances can access all parking lots.

Guests should arrive as early as possible to ensure space availability and to reach their seats prior to show time. All parking is ‘first come, first served’. Guests that require to be dropped off and/or picked up may do so at the Station Square West Lot entrance. Typically, amphitheatre doors open 1 1/2 hours prior to advertised event time; parking lots open 1/2 hour prior to door time.

Wherever you go, there is a convenient place to park at Station Square. We have three outside parking facilities and one garage facility. With over 3500 spaces, we offer value, quality and friendly service.
